Wine made with grapes from century-old Verdejo grape vineyards, acquired to local grape growers owning 100-120 years old vineyards, very close to us. There is a selected harvest, hand-made and in 15 kg cases. A very soft pressing is then made. From the same grapes of Iduna, the 1st fermentation is performed partially in tank and partially in oak barrels. The second fermentation will happen in the bottle by the traditional method where it will remain with its lees for at least 36 months to develop the characteristics of this century-old Verdejo vineyards from one of the most authentic terroir in the world. Subsequently the disgorgement and labelling is fully hand-made.
Golden yellow colour as attractive visual presentation with steel rim, clean and bright, with small, fine and persistent bubbles, rich and lively crown.
An aromatic set in which the notes of youth outstand is clearly displayed, white fruit (pear) and tropical fruit properly assembled with light notes of fine aging. Memories of bakery and smoked echoes.
Wide and elegant wine with notes of marked bone fruit and pleasant sensations of toasted nuts (peanuts, almonds), combined with the youth of the vanilla. Friendly in the entry, it shows an easy pass on the palate, with well integrated carbon dioxide. Refreshing acidity and certain creamy sensation. Balanced and nice end.
Excellent wine as an aperitif. Ideal one paired with white meats, suckling lamb and desserts. It assembles perfectly with pasta and little spiced rice.
